Grower Champagne

Alright, let's get real here. If you haven't experienced the sheer delight of true grower Champagne, you're missing out on a world of flavor and authenticity that mass-produced, commercial bubbly can't even touch. It's time to step up your Champagne game and savor the unique, handcrafted magic that is true grower Champagne.

What is Grower Champagne?

True grower Champagnes come from those dedicated vineyard owners who not only grow their grapes but also produce their wine.  Sometimes referred to as farmer fizz, every aspect of the wine is carefully crafted - from the vine to the cellar to the amount of production. These wines (yes Champagne is wine) are all about Terroir.  True grower Champagne is all about expressing the distinct characteristics  of the vineyard and the region. They carry the unique taste of the land, each sip is like taking a journey through the vineyards. You can practically taste the sunshine, the soil, and the history in every glass. It is an artisan product. Not to be mixed with juice. But to be poured at the right temperature (between 46° - 50°F), in the right glass (flutes are best for your prosecco), and to be savored like you would any other favorite wine.

And let's not forget the stories behind every bottle. These growers are often family businesses that have been passed down through generations. When you enjoy true grower Champagne, you're sipping a bit of history, tradition, and a lot of love.

So many don't think they like Champagne, it's expensive, it's sweet, it's just for celebrations. You are missing out.  That is why we've been offering this tasting for so many years, it's a passion we just HAVE to share.  Join us for these amazing opportunities.

IRL (in real life) tasting with Jesse in the Rec Hall on November 18th. We'll taste 5 different Grower Champagnes, learn how they are crafted (from grape to bottle often a 5 year process), experience back to back differences (it's not all the same!) as well as enjoy classic Champagne pairings.

COYC (comfort of your couch) tasting with Owen, pick up ready by November 22 just in time for Thanksgiving or share as a fantastic gift at the holidays. Four half bottles of true Champagne, and a personal video you can watch at your leisure. These kits are limited.

Tickets for Jesse in person event here.

Take home video tasting with Owen here.

We hope you'll join us either in person or with our take home video kit - or BOTH! Hurrah for Champagne.

More reasons for more,

Bubbles and Joy: The effervescent bubbles in Champagne aren't just about taste; they lift your spirits. The sound of a Champagne cork popping and the bubbles dancing in your glass is an instant mood-lifter. It adds an air of celebration to any moment, no matter how ordinary.

Palate Cleanser: Champagne is the perfect palate cleanser. It's like hitting the reset button for your taste buds. Whether you're enjoying a multi-course meal or a simple plate of pizza, a sip of Champagne in between makes everything taste better.

Perfect Pairing: Champagne is the best friend of food. It pairs well with a wide range of dishes, from seafood to fried chicken, from spicy cuisine to dessert. There's a Champagne style to complement every meal, from Brut to Rosé.

Celebrate Life: Life is too short to save Champagne for special occasions. Don't wait for a big celebration. Embrace the little victories, the small moments, and the everyday joys. Whether it's to toast a successful workday or simply because the sun is shining, Champagne is a reminder that life is worth celebrating at any moment.
